Service Pricing & Policies

• Diagnostics: $150

• (Diagnostic fee will be waived if you approve the recommended repairs.)

• Storage Fee: $35 per day (Charged starting 48 hours after repairs are completed.)

• Hourly Labor Rate: $150 per hour

• Service A Mercedes: Starts at $250

• Service B Mercedes: Starts at $450

Vehicle Drop-Off & Check-In

• We’ll gather your vehicle’s information, listen to your concerns, and confirm any known issues.

Diagnostics & Inspection (Same day or next day)

• Our technicians perform a thorough diagnostic scan and inspection.

• You’ll receive a detailed estimate for the recommended repairs.

Approval & Repair Authorization

• Once you approve the estimate, parts will be ordered if needed, and repairs will begin.

• Diagnostic fee is waived if the repair is approved.

Repair Process (Typically 1–3 business days, depending on parts and labor)

• You’ll be kept updated on progress. Some repairs may take longer depending on complexity or parts availability.

Completion & Pick-Up Notification

• We’ll notify you as soon as the repair is complete.

Storage Policy

• Please note: A storage fee of $35 per day will apply beginning 48 hours after repair completion if the vehicle is not picked up.

Parts

• We offer both OEM parts and aftermarket options, available upon request and subject to approval/availability .

• We recommend OEM parts to ensure the correct specifications and best fit for your vehicle.
